The Galaxy J6 was launched in May at Rs 16,490 for the 65GB storage variant.
Back in May, Samsung launched the Galaxy J6 and Galaxy J8 smartphones in India,Along with the Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+.The Smasung Galaxy J6 is offered in two variants 3GB RAM with 32GB inbuilt storage for Rs 13,990, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage for Rs 16,490. Now, the Galaxy J6 64GB variant price in India has been slashed by Rs 500, and it is now available for Rs 15,990.
The revised price is visible on Samsung's Online store. ICICI Bank credit and debit card users can get Rs 1,500 discount on the Galaxy J6, which brings down the cost to Rs 11,490 and Rs 13,490 for the 32GB and 64GB variants respectively. The same cashback offer is also applicable on purchases using Paytm Mall App. With all this, Samsung is also offering one-time screen replacement with the smartphone for Free.
Samsung Galaxy J6 specifications and features
The Samsung Galaxy J6 features a 5.6- inch HD+ (1480x720 pixels) Super Amoled Screen with 18:5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is an Exynos 7870 SoC paired with 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, or 4GB RAM with 64GB storage options.
In the photography department, it comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash and powered by 3,000mAh battery, and connectivity options include dual SIM card slots, Bluetooth, GPS, WIFI and 4G LTE with VoLTE. In the software department, the smartphone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung Experience UI on top.
