The smartphones is 6 inches full Hd+ edge to edge Display with a notch screen with 19:9 ratio 1080×2246 pixels resolution. It runs on a Qualcomn Snapdragon 845 chipset, upto 8 Gb of Ram and 256 Gb of storage.It has two hybrid sim slots which can be used as one which inlcudes both sim and one with sim and other memory for using external storage.

The smartphone has 3300 mAh battery with fast charging. The Zenfone 5Z runs on Android Oreo with ZenUI. It comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back and face unlock feature at the front.
